Why Luma
Named for light, because a title report should reveal everything.
Title work is quiet until it isn't. An unreleased lien, a misdescribed parcel, an heir nobody documented — each one can stop a closing cold. We built Luma Title to catch those things early and to say so plainly when we do.
That means one escrow officer per file, written confirmation at every milestone, and a commitment delivered in about forty-eight hours instead of whenever it lands.
